Any Toaster users in here?

Any old schoolers left who are still familiar with ye olde Toaster? I picked one up on Craigslist and am having trouble getting to working.
The Amiga (2000) works great. But when I start up the Toaster, I get a "could not obtain Switcher font" error. I researched that and copied over the fonts folder from the VT disk 1, but it still yields the same error.

Well, I'd start with a recommendation that buying 20 year old technology on eBay is probably a pretty good way to get errors that will be rough to troubleshoot.

This is just for nostalgia. I'm a collector. It'd be fun to get it working again. If not, I only spent $50 on it and I know it'll go for a few hundred on eBay.
