Live type in FCP issue.
by Paolo Mugnaini on Aug 20, 2008 at 3:17:54 pm

Hi,
I have some credits I am doing in LT and then editing them in FCP. I am using the vibrocentric font, and I am just dissolving no particular fx, but on the monitor....a TV, they're not clean, there's a little flicker.
I looked and all seems to be in order. I am on DV timeline so the quality is not the best but it should still translate clean, I know that the FCP monitor is no base for judgement on this issue but even on a DVD played on TV is not clean.
Can anyone help in what it is I am doing wrong? Is it the font?

Thanks

Paolo

Vibrocentric Font?? What is that? Is it an animated font or a system font? And what do you mean by, "and I am just dissolving no particular fx?" Are you just trying fade out?

Answer these questions and then maybe I can answer your question.

Sjon
