Missing the "Effects"

I hadn't used LT in a while and when I opened it today all the "LiveType Media" was missing. I think I threw it away when I upgraded to Leopard. Anyway, I installed LT Media discs 1 & 2 from FCS2. Everything came back except for the effects. Any ideas?
