Need help moving Objects in Live Type
by Edit101 on Apr 4, 2006 at 12:14:09 am

I can't figure out how to move an object in Live Type without adding an effect to it. Is there a way to add keyframes to an object such as commet without adding an effect to it?

Yes, add an effect track and place your own keyframes. Set your start motion at the first one end the end motion at your last one (adding an effect track includes the start and end keyframe)

India Pro??? Holy Cow, Batman. I remember that program. I was even a beta tester for India Titler 2 (which never came out because it became LiveType when Apple scarfed up Prismo). The big thing with that upgrade was to be the inclusion of keyframes. If you just want to move a line of text, I'm afraid you will have to output that line as a .mov and makethe line move in whatever video editing program you are in. Evere think about upgrading?
