Mountain lion causing trouble with caldigit raid card

installed mountain on my Mac Pro 2008 3.1 with cal digit raid card,start up disk will not boot !! startup disk not configured in raid it stands alone
i removed the raid card and mountain lion will boot start up disk ,is anyone having the same problems ?? raid card installed 2010 with no problems until now with mountain lion crap
lion 10.7.4 was working with no trouble with raid card all ok until now !!!

Did you see if the Caldigit card has an updated driver? Look here:
