Restoring Split Up Files from Fat 32

To make a long story short, I stored some pro res footage on a fat 32 drive unknowingly sometime ago. I'm trying to access to the footage now, but all files over 4gigs were turned into these weird folders that contain multiple unix executable files. I can't read or do anything with them.

Is there anyway for me to turn these back into video files? If not, I've lost that footage forever!
