Leopard instead of Snow?

	Leopard instead of Snow? by marcel franck on Sep 15, 2009 at 3:18:12 pm I read the post below concerning replacing snow leopard on a new MBP... couldn't quite figure out the real answer...can I install 10.5.6 on a new MBP that comes with Snow Leopard on it? can I partition the HD and have both? NO other disks will contain the drivers needed for the hardware of that machine. A retail 10.6 install disk will NOT work ether as the build of the OS on those disks is OLDER then the machine you are trying to put it on and therefore will NOT contain the needed drivers for the NEWER hardware.
