Bluetooth USB adaptors

I have a G5 without the built in Bluetooth card and am curious if the USB Bluetooth add on adaptors will work with a Bluetooth mouse without problems. There is no Bluetooth pane in my System Preferences. Will that choice appear if I have one of these USB devices plugged in? I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences with these products. Yay or nay?

I have one but the only thing I've ever used it for was a Motorolla cell phone.
But that worked just fine. I can sync contact info and copy photos back and forth over the bluetooth wihthout any problem. Based on my experience I assume a mouse would work just fine too.
