Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years experience in broadcast design.
• Excellent typography and design skills.
• Able to communicate & actualize conceptual thoughts and ideas.
• Able to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Able to produce work from storyboard through post-production.
• Meet tight deadlines.
• Understand and incorporate branding into all aspects of animation & design.
• Create graphics, illustrations, animations and other elements as requested.
• Able to think/work in a logical manner and keep track of multiple assets at once.
• Able to work as both a designer and production artist.
• Basic knowledge of broadcast standards.
Software Proficiency:
• After Effects CS3
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Final Cut Pro
• DVD Studio Pro
• Mac OS X
• Cinema 4D

I have lots of broadcast experience, most recently a year at FOX doing movie promos. Expert in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator. Adept in C4D, some FCP and Avid experience. Author of "After Effects 7 Title Design Techniques" on Lynda.com and "Photoshop CS2 for Advertising and Marketing" (Peachpit Press). Instructor of Motion and Digital Design at Art Center.
