Freelance Motion Graphics/ Effects Artists Needed

An Ashland, OR, based company is looking for the freelance services of creative motion graphics/effects artists and graphic designers to produce digital media on a Christian faith-based site. Freelancers will be responsible for creating 30 sec. looped motion background videos as well as 30 sec. animated videos.
Requirements:
•Bachelors in Graphic Design or Motion Graphics
•Skilled user of After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
•Minimum of 3 years experience working with After Effects
•Skilled in typography, layout and basic design principles
•Working knowledge of Sorenson Squeeze (MPEG1, MPEG4, WMV, FLA) •Innovative, trend-setting and creative
•Able to efficiently work with art director

Compensation:
-30 sec. Motion Backgrounds : $175 per project
-30 sec. Advance Opening Screen: $250 per project

Hi There,I am A freelance video editor based in India and also a special effects supervisor.I specialize in FCP,Avid and Smoke for video editing and (After effects,combustion,eyon fusion).I have been working as a freelance editor since 3 years in Mumbai.tasks performed by me are listed below.1.I have edited various 3 hours feature films at Kiyoshi entertainment(A production house in mumbai) including"Vaibahv laxmi,Chal khel khelen,Adi shakti,masia di raat,Khel etc."

(iv)Posses excellent skills of creating impressive titles and animated backgrounds
(v)Can apply a variety of high end special effects including effects like invisibility,cloning,3d effects in 2d softwares.
(6)can create amazing motion graphics using after effects and fusion.

Easy now ... good talent will always be necessary. As artists, we have to compete by providing the most talent at a price we can afford to charge - some win, some lose. Some clients don't have thousands to spend and are entitled to good design if talent is willing to accept low pay. However, I will say, "You get what you pay for."
Hein Wyk, it would be more appropriate if you kept a posting like this to the low paying services post index. Your numbers are well below industry standards. No disrespect. Good luck to you and your projects.
