Duties include:
-Budgeting and creating bids
-Managing projects from bidding to award of job to shipping
-Working with fellow producers to schedule jobs, ensure resource allocation, ensure post elements are in place
-Follow post process from beginning to end providing client support wherever needed
-tracking all costs, staying under budget, and wrapping jobs once complete
-this position also entails some IT management, including scheduling and negotiating with vendors, light troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Ideal candidate will have post experience, understanding of the language and processes, and thorough knowledge of post including editorial, 2-D & 3-D animation, conform, audio/music and visual F/X. Experience in commercial/advertising post a plus. You must be organized, have excellent communication skills, have a sense of urgency, and be able to deal with demanding clients. Technical savvy necessary.

In January, 2006 completed a 40 hour course in Final Cut Pro at Stetson University in Orlando, FL. and received a Certificate of completion in that course.
As you can see from my resume, I supervised all television production of
commercials, new business presentations and human resources videos while employed by the advertising agency in Florida. In addition I was responsible for the budgeting of all of these projects.
In 1996, I started my own company and began to utilize some of my other talents which included shooting, writing, directing and editing most of the projects that I was involved in.
At this particular time relocating would not be a problem since my wife and I have been living in our 40 ft camper at the beach in North Carolina enjoying some down time.
