3D artist/animator- HIGH END

I am looking for a high-end 3D artist / animator to work on a commercial.
I need a nearly photo realistic "ribbon" created that will interact with the subject matter. The 3D cameras will be match moved & animation will be rendered in full HD.
Applicant needs National experience. No amateurs.
