need meeting taped in London

The company that I work for has a partner that is going to run a 2 day conference in October, in London. We would like to have videotape of that conference. Is there anyone that watches this forum that can do this work? or can someone point me to a production house that can get the job done? I have already contacted the hotel but, I want at least one other bid the know what kind of price it will be.

Hey Tom.
My company, Mac Million Ltd is based in London WC1X 8TH (Very Central London - Holborn/Bloomsbury/Russell Square/Clerkenwell area). We can film the conference on your choice of format and frame-rate + organise with the audio provider to get a XLR feed (i.e. PAL, NTSC & HD). We can also source a full A/V solution for the conference in terms of staging, audio and lights.
We have in the past shot and edited both NTSC and HD @ 29.97fps for a US delivery. If urgent, we can also provide a WMV file via I/P either streamed live or encoded later.

I work for a company called AVT. Conferences/events are our bread and butter type work. We not only do all of the stage sets designs, lighting,live audio but we also have a production department which deals with everything from the filming to post-production and webcasting. I can suggest a cameraman called Tom Murphy. He is very good at corporate work as well as being one of the top U.S. network freelances in London. If he is busy then he will suggest a good cameraman. They all know each other. They also shoot NTSC all over Europe and Middle East.
I don't have his number on me at the moment as I am shooting in Azerbaijan.
