need meeting taped in London

The company that I work for has a partner that is going to run a 2 day conference in October, in London. We would like to have videotape of that conference. Is there anyone that watches this forum that can do this work? or can someone point me to a production house that can get the job done? I have already contacted the hotel but, I want at least one other bid the know what kind of price it will be.

Hi Tom my name is Billy Soar. I have been a self taught editor for 2 years and i am moving my career towards all areas of media.
I have recently bought a Sony full HD 40GB 4 Mega pixel camera if this is good enough quality for your needs?
I live in Manchester and have my own car, so getting there wouldn't be a problem. I can assure you that i will do it at the cheapest price that you can find. I do have previous experience. I filmed a Chinese new year show for a kung fu school in Stockport Theatre Plasa who where very happy with the result. I could give you there contact details if you require any information?
