LEAD COMPOSITOR

Fastforward, an established Milan, Italy design studio is expanding its staff with the addition of a Lead Compositor / VFX supervisor position.
We create high-end visual effects and computer animation for the advertising, music, television and feature film industries.
Requirements:
- implementing technical solutions to solve complex creative challenges.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve.
- Ability to teach/mentor coworkers and assume leadership roles.
- A strong understanding of pre-production and production setup in order to provide on set supervision for visual effects.
- A broad knowledge of technologies involved in production and postproduction pipelines from scanner to film recorder.
- A critical eye and deep thinker in color and light theory.
- In depth working knowledge of compositing tools such as Shake, artistically and technically.
Please have at least 3-5 years professional work experience as Lead Compositor.
