"Technical Director" needed for Online TV Network

Brave New Films, producers of Walmart: The High Cost of Low Prices, Iraq for Sale, Outfoxed, and other progressive documentaries, is looking for a Technical Director to fill a key position in our launch of BNFTV, a new television branch of BNF Films.
We need someone who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, EXPERT technical skills. Experience with live productions is a MUST. Experience with video switchers HIGHLY preferred. The multi-tasker of multi-taskers.
Responsibilities include making sure all positions are manned, equipment/facilities check out, prior to each show start. During show, will work closely with stage manager and producer/production team to create line cut. Coordinates with CG artist/audio technician to ensure all show assets are ingested/ready for broadcast. Post show- will serve as editor, to cut show into smaller segments and the distribute to our various online/offline mediums. Must have experience as crew leader, and able to provide training to more inexperienced members of crew.
Willing to train the right individual on the video switcher portion if you already possess some other amazing live production skills (lighting/audio/camera work/encoding/green screening/etc).
