Full Time Motion Graphics Job

The Graphic Designer role within FilmEd Academy of the Arts provides the leadership and creativity for motion graphics used in Film Festivals, DVD Yearbooks, and the web.
The designer is responsible for the development of materials from pre-production to post-production. This requires a strong ability to facilitate the development of the product and ensure they are professionally completed.
The designer oversees projects and ensures they are produced on time and within budget. Responsibilities include maintaining all work flow and schedules in order to create a smooth workflow for the groups involved. The position works closely with filmmakers age 16-18 and other members in FilmEd Academy of the Arts.
The candidate must have prior experience with Apple's Final Cut Pro, Motion, DVD Studio Pro, and Adobe After Effects. Excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities are required, as this position involves working with School Administrators, Teachers, as well as Students.
