Editor position

Independent production company in SO CALIF looking for 3rd in house editor. Must be very creative, technically proficient in Final Cut HD and able to work well with team. Company is producing 2 Internet Television projects plus manages several local and regional clients. Field production experience required, able to shoot and produce as needed. Must be comfortable wearing many hats with primary position as editor. Must be organized, able to handle rapid work flow without losing creativity. Would consider free lance for now, but seriously looking to fill company position. Competitive salary based on qualifications. Palm Springs-Riverside County location.
