Grip/Gaffer & PA for shoot in Suburban MD

We are shooting an industrial safety video in a factory south of Hagerstown, Maryland. This is approx. 55 miles from Washington, DC and 80 miles from Baltimore. The shoot will take place over 3 to 4 days within the next month and because this is a working factory, it is likely that we'll be shooting on weekends.
The Grip/Gaffer will help with gear and coordinate the set. The PA will assist the Grip and also be responsible for logging shots and keeping things organized. If you are energetic, yet new to the business, this will be a great opportunity to learn while making some money. Fees will be negotiated based on experience.
