EE Camera Flash

I downloaded the Effect Essentials pack when the EE Camera Flash was included as a free plugin...Now I can't get the plugin to show up in FCP 5.1.4...Is there a reason why the plugin no longer works?? Me and some of my co-workers have noticed this just recently...was there a time limit on it's use as a freebie? Thanks in advance.
