DEMO into legit - got the email with registration but cant make it work?!

I downloaded the demo for AE and we already have a license - now i am trying to register it to make it legit and not have the water mark but i dont see how to do that

can anyone explain to me how to do this its an emergency rush?!

If you rerun the installer and cut and paste the registration name and code and it does not work, send us an email with a snapshot after you pasted the name and code to techsupport at revisionfx dot com

I just emailed and hoping for a call because i get this error message :

"No license installed to upgrade"
