Installed Form update, now everything is broken

I downloaded the June Form update and what I got looked like a suite installer. I heard all plugins use the same installer now so I figured I could just check off Form when installing. It didn't ask me that. So I had a go at it anyway. Looks like it installed everything. And now when I open AE I get a bunch of "multiple instance" warnings. By for the life of me I CAN'T FIND the duplicates?? I looked inside library/application support/adobe/common but there's nothing in there except "10", "11" and "Media Cache". What's going on?
