 | Maya wrong renderer

Hey guys,
im having a problem with Maya 2010 and the maya rendrer. My problem is looking hard too fix... My layers passes is set to maya software renderer in the render settings. But when im rendering in command line with the render.exe, i force in the command line to render with the flag -r sw, but it still render in mental ray. Log :

Any ideas how i can fix that ?
i can see after the scene is opened, a log writing requires "maya_to_mr" plugins... something like that.
i saved my scene in binary, no chance.
