Cant Render in Maya Vector

For some reason I cant ipr or render in maya vector could anyone help please?

That's expected. IPR does not work with the vector renderer.

Do you have the plug in loaded?
if not check WINDOW > SETTINGS/PREFERENCES >PLUGIN MANAGER

search for the maya vector plugin and load it .

Yeah iv done that aswell, just dont get why it doesnt do it
