23.976 Frame Rate

I'm going to start a Maya/After Effects Motion Graphic Opening.

I always wonder
Is it better to render Assets out of maya at 48 fps if you're working at 23.976?

I think the footage in the show is all shot at 24p.. But anyway, I always
wonder what's the best formula to get the smoothest results..

Hi

use what you are gonna use, if the footage is 24p use that, you are just gonna double your render time for frames that are not gonna be there, so why bother
