Converting Photoshop file to outlined Illustrator EPS

i have designed a logo in photoshop and i need to get the logo to my sign guy so that he can print it for me (he has to cut vinyl for it) anyway he says he needs an illustrator eps file, converted to outlines....i've been on this for DAYS and i cannot figure it out.

Time is running out and i need to get this sign up will someone PLEASE PLEASE help me, i would be sooooooooo grateful!!

There is no way to convert and Photoshop file into an Illustrator file. You are talking about to different kinds of files. You can try to use a program like streamline or in Illustrator CS3 use "Live trace" under objects but I am not sure on how good that works since I've never tried it before.

If it is something simple, redraw it. If it is complex with a lot of effects and gradients, you are stuck.
