Can't wait. I love how Adobe is integrating and really building up. In my opinion a great solid base choice that just keeps on adding in more and more. LOVE IT.

Interesting, I thought Photoshop Extended was supposed to be the Photoshop for video.

I think that what they're referring to is that After Effects' specialty is moving graphics, whereas Photoshop Extended deals mostly with stills (or frames of video, although not as elegantly as AE does). Although it's an irreplaceable piece of the Creative Suite toolkit, Photoshop was never meant to be the motion graphics tool AE is.

With the acquisition of Iridas, the powerful color correction toolset that makes Photoshop so good with still images, will be matched on the AE side by AE's new toolset. I assumed you were just kidding when I first read your post, but now I'm not sure, so I'm answering your question...

Now if they just made onlocation capture from hdmi instead of fire wire so we can pass through video from hieger end cameras and mabe even convert to prores or dnanx that would realy be a killer app.
