adding audio to individual buttons

Hello.
This is what I'm trying to do, I'm using encore currently but am willing to switch to something else if it can provide this functionality.
I want to place nine video thumbnail buttons without background menu image, just black. I want all the videos to play at the same time AND I want each button to play its own audio. When the person selects the button they want to play I want the other buttons to finish out their auto play duration then the selected video would play.

I will settle for just, put on DVD Al buttons play at the same time till selection is made, with each button playing its own audio at the same time as the rest.
