I have recently finished a short 6 minute film project in FCP.
I shot most of the film at 1080x1920 30p.

I am used to encoding my work in Compressor, and then authoring a dvd project in DVDSP using the (dvd:best quality 120 minutes) setting
but feel like the quality on a final playable dvd could end up looking better and usually comes out fairly interlaced and of lesser visual quality. I imagine there has to be a setting to make this more pro if i am going to send this dvd out to prospective clients.

can you give me any suggestions on a better conversion through compressor, that might keep most of the quality intact?

thank you.

I always give this answer, try the encoding software BitVice - it's very good and not expensive.
