very new to creating DVD Menus

I've tried all the templates from standard programs like Encore and DVD Studio and am about ready to look further a field..

Does anyone know where you can buy, get made to order or even get inspiration on how to make or get someone to make an aWesome DVD MENU.

Please share any ideas......
