Best Blank BluRay Discs?
by Thomas Hughes on Jun 17, 2009 at 12:16:30 am

What are the best, most reliable blank BluRay discs? I know there's quite a price spread, from about $5 to $20. And by best I mean most reliable playback. Thank you.

So far, Verbatim and Sony discs for me are 200 out of 200 and counting.

Sorry if this doesn't exactly address your question but...

If you are working with end images that are below 4.5 and 8 GB, you can burn the Blu-ray .iso image to a standard def DVD with Imgburn and that will playback in most blu-ray players.

Good, inexpensive proofs if nothing else.

Other than that, I have had good luck with Sony.
