BD-R disc will not play in PS3 via HDMI cable

Just burned a BD-R with Toast 9 and inserted it into my PS3 (with all current firmware).

The disc played fine when connecting to my HDTV via component cables, but the image was cut off when I connected it via the HDMI cable.

Any solutions would be appreciated.

On the PS3 what i'm seeing is that the screen is cut in half with only the top half of the screen displaying the video. The video isn't cut in half its just compressed and squeezed into the top half of the screen.
