I've just started to work on DVD Studio Pro and while I've got the hang of most things I'm struggling with menus. The manual keeps refering me to the menu templates but I'd much rather design menus in photoshop and import them. when i do this they don't work. I may be missing the page on this entirely but can't seem to find any help in the manual! Can someone help me out? I know this should be really simple but can't tell left from right anymore.
And is there a DVD Studio Pro book for Encore users??? (I sleep with the Final Cut for Avid users one under my pillow.)

Nope but if you get the DVD Studio Pro book from Peachpit you'll get the hang of it. Not that tricky of a program. Unlearn what you have learned before.
