It should be the individualist's mantra: "If I don't do it, who will?". When you see it so clearly and think, "Why isn't anyone doing this?"; that's what you must do. Thanks for creating the most vivacious think-tank of any industry I've seen; and thanks to the pros who care so much about what they do they'll give away time and attention to up the standards for everyone.
