Need some CPU specs.

Hey, I'm building a computer for home that I can use for work projects as well as freelance. Want to make sure I don't miss a card or leave something out I need. I'll list some of the software I'll be using and hopefully get a response. I would just use the specs from my work system, but its a few years old and I want to cut down on upgrades. I've been a motion graphics artist for 6 years now, but the tech stuff is not my strong point. Need an idea of video/graphics/audio cards I'll need, as well as what I should be looking for as far as RAM, processor, etc. Probably be using external or online storage for the most part, but it'd be nice to have a good amount internally. Oh... and pc only please.
Software
Avid Media Composer (Trying to get by with software only for minimal editing but may add a mojo down the road.)
Cinema 4D
After Effects CS4
Photoshop CS4
Illustrator CS3
Pro Tools (Maybe, but some kind of software that I can use my midi keyboard with)
Other software (but these are my main concerns)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
