Hi,
how would you animate this:
http://www.polygonaut.com/sonstigePics/nurHintergrund.jpg I tried it with the fractal noise of after effect but I didnt get the right effect..It should be for a dvd background. so it should loop...Any tips or tutorials?

What exactly do you mean by "the right effect"? Without knowing what effect you're going for, nobody can really help you. Sure, we could all give you what we consider to be "the right effect", but that may not be what you envisage.

Hi..
yes I thought the picture makes it clear. It should just be a smooth movement. the bridger part should stream. perhaps like a nebula...I dont know how to descripe it. Its for a background and should not disturb the foreground... Like i said, a smooth motion like a lightstream....:-)

I'm not familiar with the newest version of After Effects, but doesn't it come with a bunch of pre built back grounds. Motion comes with a bunch that look a lot like the one posted. Digital Juice sells a bunch of pre-built backgrounds called jump backs that look a lot alike yours, and you can't beat the price.
