Caitlin millerframe to second conversion question

Hi everyone,
I'm timing out scratch VO for someone to record VO tomorrow, and I can't seem to find a proper frame to seconds conversion calculator. For example, I have clip that lasts 5 seconds and 14 frames at 30i, and I want to know exactly how many seconds that is... I estimate roughly 5.3 but that can't be right...

Does anyone know how best to handle this?

Thanks!
Caitlin

30 frames in a second at 30i. So 30 x 5....150. Plus 14 frames. 164.

You can also use the Avid timecode calculator for such conversions.
(command 2).
