Hi,
How do I delete all markers from a sequence?

Go to Tools-->Markers. Select the markers you want gone and hit Delete.
I don't think you can delete them from within a sequence- it has to be through the Marker window (formerly known as the Locator window).

From within the sequence they can only be deleted 1 at a time, as you sit on them.
(click in the record window and hit delete)
