Audio Capture Problems

Am running Avid Express Pro. Have a firewire directly into the mojo that runs right into the computer. I can capture video just fine but there is no audio. I can import Quicktime files with audio and video, they work just fine. But capturing doesnot allow any audio to come thru. Ive tried reinstalling and changing some settings, but i cant even assign a deck to capture with. My capture station is a Sony Dsr-11. Please someone help
