Sorry for this basic question but I can't really find the answer online.

What is the maximum number of sources that can be grouped together for a Multicam group and how many angles can be displayed and played in RT for editing?

Thanx for the help

LS

Not sure about the maximum number in a group. The maximum visible and playing in realtime is 9, as long as the resolution is an 'm' resolution...

[Jon Zanone] "Not sure about the maximum number in a group."

A few years bak when FCP added multicam and was bragging about how many you could group together, a couple guys at Avid decided to test it as no on actually knew the answer. I think they quit testing at something like 200 clips. Needless to say, there is no limit that you will run into.

Playback is 9 as stated erlier.

It also depends on your hardware. Just try with a few video samples and let us know the result.
