Looking for Plug in similar to FC Matrix Trans

I'm looking for a transition similar to the FCP "Matrix Trans" which takes your video frame and multiplies it, zooms out and back in on another frame. Don't think it's a boris FX but I could be wrong?

Sapphire has a cool plugin that makes mondo pip images a click away. Fully keyframable.
