MC3.0 & DellT7400 & Nvidia1700

Anyone using a Dell T7400 w/ MC3.0 and a Mojo DX box? We have several error problems - This "Core_unable_to_do" error code may be generic in nature from Avid, but is a system crasher. Another "Legend audio underrun" error code pops up, but is not a system crasher.

We have a Dell machine w/ alot of horsepower - dual quad procs, 8gigs ram, nvidia1700 (which may a problem itself). Any and all help would be greatly appreciated as our project is held up due to Avid throwing fits. We are also trying to integrate new Sony EX1 footage via clip browser, which is also highly suspect due to the newness of it all (Both Avid MC3.0, the EX1, the Mojo DX, and a non-supported Dell box (but seeminly sufficiently powerful - I have a similae Dell running Avid Express Pro on a Dell Precision 690 just fine).

Our configuration is:
Dell T7400 Dual Quad procs at 2.9ghtz
8 gigs RAM
Nvidia 1700 card / dual monitor
GSpeed eS 2 Terabyte RAID w/ PCIe card
Mojo DX w/PCIe card

Many thanks for anyone chiming in...

Regards,
Graham G.

What version of Quicktime and what version of drivers for your nVidia card are you using?

For Media Composer 3.0 you should be on Quicktime 7.4.5.

You should be using nVidia driver 169.47.

Here's the matrix I got that from:

Avid Media Composer Version Matrix
