The problem is , when i play imported video no matter on timeline or composer window it losses quality and same quality i get in in exported video it shows like VHS quality. can someone help me detirmin what happened here.

2 things to double check
1) the resolution you are importing at...if it is low such as 15:1 or such that will do it...I suggest 2:1 or higher
2) on your timeline, there is a green button on the lower left that sets the quality of the resolution in your timeline in the lower left...make sure it is green and not half yellow/half green or full yellow

when avid downgraded their line of products, they added a half and low rez button to try to make up for the clunky RAM play. I bet if you click it to green you will see a better image.
