What is the Ultimate .flv creation tool?

Hi,

Does anyone know which compressor is the best to use for converting Quicktime movies (originating from Media Composer) into .flv files for web use?

I think I may be asking something that may have been answered already but I'm wondering if anyone has found a better alternative to Sorenson Squeeze or Riva Encoder.
