Time Warp problem

I'm having problems with Time Warp. Whenever I apply it, the slow motion looks extremely jerky. I'm editing my film and this application is very needful to me.
Thanks to anyone with any info.

Render your slo mo out using interpolated style - I find it's the smoothest slo mo.

You will find fuid motion looks the best (minus an occasion mackyly morphed frame you'll need to replace with fluid draft).
It takes a while to render but is at least of use, unlike the default quality.
