	Workflow - Avid Xpress to Media Composer by Pendulum on Jun 24, 2007 at 12:53:57 am I'm using Xpress Pro HD on PC. I have a short sequence (2 minutes) I want to put on Beta SP. I don't have a deck connected to this system but have access to one connected to an Avid Media Composer on Mac. What settings and compressor should I use for quick export and import from one system to the other? Respond to this post Return to posts index
