Getting the "failure during sequence setup 4" error in AE. Just wanted to try out serpentine before I bought it, so I'm using demo mode. CS4, MAC, snow leopard.

Hi Jessica,

Try re-downloading the product and re-installing the plug-in. Sometimes the download may be corrupted and cause the installation to not work properly.
