just curious to know before updating to new FCS3 that are there any known bugs between ProAnimator FX and Motion 4.

Hi Tapio.

We have a beta (not quite released) that you can use with FCS3.
There have been some bug fixes and some compatibility updates.

Email me at matt@zaxwerks.com and I can send you a test version.
