Invigorator vs Proanimator.....stand alone capabilities
by Zeno Pierre on Jul 26, 2009 at 10:55:07 pm

Hi, watched the great tutorial located at:

http://zaxwerks.com/movies/media/invigmovies/invig_3d_obj_01.mov

The tutorial mentioned about using Invigorator. I have ProAnimator and it was installed on my MAC. After Effects is on my PC. Do I have to have Invigorator installed on my PC with AE to accomplish the effect in the tutorial? Or can I use Proanimator and work separately from the PC as I would do with stand alone software?

Z

Hi Zeno,

If you are trying to follow along with the steps of this 3D Invigorator tutorial, then you will need to have 3D Invigorator installed on your PC so you can work with 3D Invigorator within After Effects.

However, if you are already well versed in how to create animations within ProAnimator, then you will be able to translate the steps provided here, and create a similar animation within the ProAnimator standalone.

Best,
Edward
