installing invigorator HELP

ok seriously im p/oed ivew been trying for hours to get this plugin to work with adobe after effects CS4...im trying to import cinema 4d file into it ive tried "the plugins" folder(which has folders in it. which adds to my stress) and ive tried searching the internet and found nothing this is my last hope please help what am i doin wrong and what can i do
